This experience is designed for middle and high school homeschool students interested in insects, nature, and hands-on science learning. Students will explore the fascinating world of arthropods in a real university setting through guided activities and interactive learning experiences.

Admission for one middle or high school homeschool student to the University of Maryland Insect Zoo Field Trip on June 16th from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM. This hands-on educational experience includes a guided Insect Zoo tour, interactive arthropod exploration, Roach Derby, and live Q&A session. Students will have the opportunity to observe and learn about a variety of insects and arthropods in a real university setting. One parent/guardian is admitted with the purchase of each student ticket.
